My Mission As Your Counselor
I take a whole-person, mind-body approach to counseling, ensuring that your individual needs for counseling and wellness are properly addressed. If needed, we will collaborate with other professionals to ensure you are receiving the right care and support.
Hello, I'm Rebecca Harrelson, LMHC, CPATP, NCC, QS
Before opening Strong Minds Counseling & Wellness, I served in private practice as an independent contractor at The Stein Wellness Center. I have also worked with numerous populations in several locations while employed through community mental health agencies.
I currently work with children, adolescents, adults, couples & families, and facilitate group counseling for various topics as needed. Additionally, I can accommodate both in-person and telehealth sessions. I have recently become a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider (CPTAP) and am looking incorporating Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in my practice. I also maintain collaborative relationships with some of Tampa Bay's top providers in the health, wellness, & education fields. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns through the Florida Department of Health. When you come to the office for a session, you may see other friendly faces. These ladies are also licensed mental health counselors, with whom I collaborate from time to time. Each of us are independent contractors, which means we have independent licenses and specialties. I also collaborate with other wellness professionals in the community. Gretchen Sanchez, LMHC
Sanchez-Frontera Counseling & Consulting
Gretchen sanchez specializes in adult counseling as well as substance abuse treatment. She facilitates court ordered sessions for individuals needing substance abuse treatment and collaborates with county officials to ensure treatment goals are met.
